My boyfriend and I walked into this place without reading reviews. Spur of the moment on our Dallas trip. The food was AMAZING!! We loved every single thing we got here. The atmosphere was pretty cool for fast food Mexican. Also, Trompo? Are you kidding me? How cool! The counter service was super friendly and very informative on what was inside everything. Food was delicious, the drinks were too!
I had a fantastic experience at Twisted Trompo! The food was incredibly tasty and felt authentically traditional. I tried the tacos with carnitas and chicken, both were flavorful, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. You can tell they put real care into their ingredients and preparation. On top of that, the service was outstanding friendly, attentive, and fast. Definitely a spot I’ll be returning to. Highly recommend!
Food is just good but we won’t be back because of the service. We live downtown and use to order here often. My husband didn’t ask for the free sauce at the register, he asked for it when we received our order, the manager was saying it’s not free unless you ask for it at the register. What kind of logic is that? Editing my review one year later, this place has changed for the better! Wonderful service and the Food has definitely improved! The chicken on my Lupe’s Salad was so juicy and flavorful! Please keep it up, definitely gained us back as customers
taco special plate was very good for the price we paid my favorite was the barbacoa taco so juicy and tasty. Salsas and grilled onions are a plus. Will definitely come back again.
Very delicious tacos and Mexican rice. I tried a variety of tacos and I was very satisfied with the freshness and flavor. I would highly recommend the tacos and will definitely order from them again!
I would definitely eat at the spot again the customer service was great the atmosphere was amazing of course because it’s in downtown Dallas the food was amazing too the elote corn was not my favorite but overall this restaurant is a 10/10 definitely great to hangout with friends and family
The absolute BEST loaded queso I ever had! The tacos were good too but nothing compared to the queso.
